Pony Rides at Foxbury Farm - 3:00pm- 5:00pm
Always wanted to ride a pony? Well here is your chance! Foxbury Farm is located on the 10th sideroad between the 2nd line and Highway 9. $2 a ride. Proceeds from this event will go charity. For more detailed directions please visit www.foxburyfarm.com.
July 3rd, 4th and 5th, The Tottenham Old Timers Slo-pitch "Help The Kids Play" Tournament
at Coventry Park. The purpose of the tournament is to provide financing for children to play sports in Tottenham. You are invited to join in the fun and come and watch the games. There is no charge for the event but certainly we would accept donations.

Classic Car, Truck and Tractor Show - 9:00am- 4:00pm
Held in the Conservation Area. Pre 1981 autos. $6.00 entry fee per spectator car, $10.00 vehicle registration fee. Bubba the clown will be hosting children’s entertainment from noon to 3:00pm & the Country motion Band will provide live entertainment. This year will feature an Antique Snowmobile Trophy Class. BREAKFAST AVAILABLE ON SITE. Sponsored by The Tottenham & District Chamber of Commerce and Tottenham & District Lions Club.
Glimmer Gardens Grand Opening – 2:00pm
As part of the Tottenham Community week celebrating its 125th Year, The Tottenham & District Horticultural Society will unveil the new Glimmer Memorial Gardens, dedicated Gazebo and dedicate a tree in Glimmer Garden to commemorate. Lemonade and treats will be served.
The Tottenham & District Horticultural Society was incorporated in September 1974, and will be celebrating our 35th Anniversary this year. We are very proud to play a vital role in the community by planting and maintaining many town gardens. We currently take care of Glimmer Memorial Garden, the Welcome Tottenham signs at North & south ends of town, Tottenham Community Centre, Tottenham Post office, Tottenham Fire Hall, Royal Canadian Legion and the Train Station some of which gardens we established over the past 35 years in Tottenham. Tottenham & District Horticultural Society has made our town a more beautiful place and we welcome new members to join us in our quest for knowledge of gardening.

Curves will offer a free 30 minute Work-Out for Women during community week: Show up anytime during this time period for a free 30 minute work-out session with one of our trainers. Anyone under 18 requires a parent in attendance.

The movie showing will be "Surf's Up". LinaLounge & PlayRoom has a high-tech movie projector with surround sound and a ten foot screen. Meet at Keogh Park for a spectacular wagon ride through the town of Tottenham. The ride stops at the Conservation Area for kid’s entertainment. Big Brothers Big Sisters hosting a concession stand with Chips, Pop & Candy Kabobs. After the show, hop back on a wagon for a ride back to Keogh Park. Old Fashioned Ukulele Workshop – 7:00pm
FREE at the old library, 18 Queen Street North. For ages 8 to 88, beginners to advanced, show or learn. Bring your ukulele or use one of Dave’s (available to the first 5 registrants at 905-936-9054). In 1930’s Britain, ukulele was THE popular instrument of the time and over the next two decades, was played in parlours and on university campuses all over North America. Pop tunes like “Ain’t She Sweet” and “Toot Toot Tootsie” filled hearts with song as “Steam Country” Tottenham grew to be 125 years old.

COMMUNITY SCAVENGER HUNT 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon

Children and families are invited to participate in a scavenger hunt around Tottenham by foot, bike or car. Please meet at the Anglican church hall by 10:00 a.m. and dress for the weather. Each participant will receive a goody bag and prizes will be awarded to the top teams. Come enjoy this free event with hot dogs and refreshments to follow.

Queen Street and Mill Street will be closed for a Street Fair. Activites will take place on the Street between Sullivan and Richmond, On Stage at Queen and Mill Street and around Tottenham.
